Mark Trewren

👋 Hey, I'm Mark — dad of three (that's the best bit).

I've spent a lifetime chasing what's just over the next hill — from 100-mile ultras, IM 🏃‍♂️🚴‍♂️ and a sub 3 marathon to exploring 90+ countries 🌍, from Yemen to Japan to Syria. Always curious, always moving.

After a draining startup journey as a non-technical founder, I hit reset. Learned to code using AI 🤖 with Scriba and Cursor. Now I build simple, useful tools — sharing them here in case they help you too 🛠️.

Inspired by laptop builders like Pieter Levels, Jack Friks & Marc Lou — drawn to the freedom and quiet confidence of shipping useful things.

When I'm not coding, I'm training for Hyrox 💪, chasing PRs, or doing LEGO with the kids 🧱.

HIIT / Core 45 mins or easy run

Strength 45 mins + 300 wall balls (volume) 9KG / 6KG 15 mins

Wednesday

Hyrox (wall balls) / running 45mins

Thursday

Strength 45 mins + 100 wall balls (time) 9KG 7 mins + 100 for time 6kg

Friday

AM Run -threshold 50 mins
PM Row threshold 40 mins

Saturday

Tennis lesson + doubles 1-2 hrs
Core 20 mins

Sunday

Hyrox (wall balls) / running 90mins
